Our clients purchased a replacement home and needed to sell their previous home on Mound Street quickly. By utilizing the KMG design and staging teams, we were able to assist our sellers with decluttering and rearranging their existing furniture in such a way that the home appeared to have been professionally staged. KMG then quickly brought in their vendor connections to make some minimal but large impact changes to modernize the home. The improvement with the most impressionable impact (and minimal cost) was whitewashing the stones on the front of the house to help them tie into the overall look of the home. Prior to this change, the stones stood out like a bad 70’s addition, but after the stones were whitewashed they blended right in with the stucco and brought a more defined look to the Mediterranean character of the home.

The home was strategically priced on the market at $895,000 and ended up selling after negotiations for $1,455,000 - a whopping 63% over the listing price! This price was not only 63% over the listing price but was also the highest price/sale in the East End at $1,442/SF!
