Sophia provides trustworthy real estate transaction coordination. Working with high volume brokers as well as part-time agents she understands the importance of availability and flexibility to meet the needs of her clients. With over 15 years of real estate file management, she has a deep understanding of disclosure and transaction protocols and a keen eye for details, allowing agents to focus their attention on clients rather than the paperwork. As a trusted partner, Sophia communicates clearly and speaks honestly to ensure accuracy and efficiency in every deal. Her job is to audit all signed disclosures and ensure that the disclosure packages are complete, everything has been signed and then to organize it for easy client and agent reading. Sophia’s experience includes in house TC for high volume, 50+ agent offices, Escrow Officer Assistant with Fidelity National Title and 6 years as an independent transaction coordinator.
