This charming 1925 bungalow needed some exterior TLC, so we worked with the client to come up with eye-catching improvements including a color that would "pop", new landscaping, new light fixtures and a fun tile accent on the stairs.

De-cluttering and staging does wonders for selling a home! We replaced a ceiling fan with a stylish pendant light, gave the room a fresh coat of paint and refinished the oak floors. What a difference!
