My clients fell in love with this Gold Coast gem. When the home first came on the market, it was priced higher than market value and my clients were advised by their lender that they were priced out. In this case, our strategy consisted of watching the price on the home and gauging interest. Time was our tool and it was on our side. More than a month passed and the home was still on the market. Median days on Market for a home in Alameda are about 28 days. At this point their home had sat for close to double!
