Meet Sheila Mofrad

Sheila was born and raised in the East Bay, and has a BS in Business Administration from University of San Francisco. Prior to her career in real estate, Sheila worked for a number of corporations and gained extensive work experience in corporate sales, marketing and human resources. Her time in the corporate arena made her a real estate natural as she brought those many skills to use in the highly competitive Bay Area real estate market. With an expertise in human resources, Sheila understands the meaning of teamwork, whether it’s achieving a corporate goal or having the organizational skills necessary to market and successfully sell a family home.

Sheila’s professional relationship with Kate began in 2010, when she managed Kate’s construction company, then taking on more responsibilities as Kate’s real estate business grew. Through the years, Sheila has become deeply familiar with every aspect of Kate’s proven approach to real estate. Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Sheila worked as a Project Manager, then moved to the administrative side of Kate’s team, working as the Listing Manager and playing a vital role in over 150 transactions, ensuring seamless communication between clients, agents, lenders, and escrow officers.

Licensed in 2021, Sheila has established herself as a top-performing listing agent, successfully selling over 50 homes in a short period of time. As a trusted and integral member of the KMG team, she brings a strategic, results-driven approach to every listing, consistently delivering strong outcomes while ensuring a smooth, well-managed experience for her clients.

Sheila calls Alameda home, where she enjoys spending time with her daughter, MacKenna, and their dogs, Winnie and Maui. When she’s not working, she values time with friends and local family, and can often be found cheering on the 49ers and Cal Bears.
