Kate was born and raised on the East Coast before calling California home in 2009. With over a decade of real estate experience, she has worked with a wide range of clients—from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors. After years as a top-producing agent, Kate transitioned into a Sales Manager role, where she led a team of up to 38 agents across the East Bay. Under her leadership, the team closed hundreds of transactions annually, with sales volumes exceeding half a billion dollars. This experience gave her a deep understanding of local neighborhoods, buyer and seller behavior, and the strategies that consistently drive strong results.
Today, as a key member of the team, Kate works closely with agents to support their production and overall business strategy. She plays a central role behind the scenes—helping identify opportunities, leverage the team’s extensive buyer network, and connect the right people at the right time. With a strong pulse on both agent activity and client demand, Kate helps drive strategic matchmaking across the team, ensuring no opportunity is missed and every client benefits from the full reach and insight of the group. Her collaborative approach helps keep momentum strong and outcomes competitive in a fast-moving market.
Kate is known for her transparency, clear communication, and practical, solutions-oriented mindset. She takes pride in being a steady, approachable resource for both her team and their clients, always focused on delivering a high level of service and strong outcomes.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her two boys, who are active in Alameda sports. You’ll often find her on the sidelines cheering them on, or out running the trails on Bay Farm Island. When they’re not at a game, they enjoy exploring local restaurants and spending time with friends and family.
