Meet Courtney Bergin

Courtney brings a rare blend of creative precision, operational expertise, and proven sales success to every listing. Originally from New Hampshire, she has lived in the Bay Area for over 25 years and in Alameda since 2013, giving her deep local insight.

She joined the Kate McCaffrey Group in 2016, growing from Project Manager to Director of Operations and now trusted Listing Agent. Her attention to detail and clear communication create a seamless, personalized experience for every seller.

Courtney has successfully sold over 100 homes and is known for guiding clients confidently from preparation to close.

Prior to real estate, she spent 16 years at Pixar Animation Studios in key production roles where precision and execution were essential. She now applies that same level of excellence to every listing.

Courtney lives in Alameda with her husband, Hoon, and their two daughters. One of Courtney’s favorite things about living in Alameda is all the different neighborhoods and the many valued friendships she’s made, many of those being friends within blocks of her home. “Being a transplant from the East Coast, my family isn’t close by, but with such a network of incredible friends on the island, I truly have a ‘village’ here. Alameda is a really special place. I’m so grateful to call it home and to be able to work with sellers in my community.”
