Meet Becca Anderson

Born and raised in the East Bay, Becca has proudly called Alameda home for nearly a decade. Before transitioning into residential real estate, she built a strong operational foundation in local property management, serving in multifaceted leadership roles that required financial oversight, contract review, vendor coordination, and community management. Wearing many hats refined her ability to anticipate challenges, manage complex details, and guide projects with clarity and composure. With established experience in East Bay real estate, Becca joined the Kate McCaffrey Group as a Listing Agent to align her work with a team recognized for its strategic approach and proven results. She was drawn to the group’s reputation for integrity and collaboration, knowing her clients would benefit not only from her individual expertise but also from the collective insight of a highly respected team. An adventurer at heart, Becca enjoys hiking, traveling, and scuba diving, though her greatest adventure began in 2024 with the arrival of her son, Odin. She lives in Alameda with her husband and bonus daughters, who are proud big sisters, and feels deeply grateful to raise her family in the community she is honored to serve.
