Amy has been Alameda’s #1 Buyer’s Agent in sales and volume since 2015, working exclusively with Kate McCaffrey to represent buyers across the island. She began her real estate career in the Bay Area in 1994 in commercial property management and development before joining a top-producing East Bay residential team in 2004. Amy joined Pacific Union, now Compass Alameda, in 2014 and quickly became Alameda’s top buyer’s agent. She has closed more than $340 million in buy-side transactions in Alameda
alone.
As co-owner of MXL Commercial Construction for over fifteen years, Amy brings a builder’s perspective to every transaction, helping clients understand inspections, renovation costs, and strategic improvements.
A longtime Alameda resident, Amy is deeply knowledgeable about the island’s
neighborhoods, schools, and community. She is also an active volunteer in local
youth sports organizations and school programs too
