Meet Julia Brady

As a native of the Bay Area, Julia's understanding and love of real estate began as a youth, deeply rooted in a childhood spent helping her family with hands-on home renovation projects.

With a career background in luxury staging, home improvement and project coordination, Julia is able to to combine her love of customer service & market knowledge with a creative eye, tailoring her approach to benefit her clients specific needs. Working alongside Kate McCaffrey, Julia has joined the ranks of a top producing agent and is honored to be part of such a dynamic team that is truly unmatched in market intel and quality of service provided for each client. ​

Julia has called Oakland home since 2013. When she's not busy with clients and acting as a contractor for her own "fixer upper," she enjoys the East Bay's many incredible restaurants, parks, and hiking the Oakland hills with her dog, Koda.
