As a native of the Bay Area, Julia's understanding and love of real estate began as a youth, deeply rooted in a childhood spent helping her family with hands-on home renovation projects.
With a career background in luxury staging, home improvement and project coordination, Julia is able to to combine her love of customer service & market knowledge with a creative eye, tailoring her approach to benefit her clients specific needs. Working alongside Kate McCaffrey, Julia has joined the ranks of a top producing agent and is honored to be part of such a dynamic team that is truly unmatched in market intel and quality of service provided for each client.
Julia has called Oakland home since 2013. When she's not busy with clients and acting as a contractor for her own "fixer upper," she enjoys the East Bay's many incredible restaurants, parks, and hiking the Oakland hills with her dog, Koda.
