Meet joy levey

A native of Anaheim, California, Joy has a passion for all aspects of the real estate profession. With a solutions-driven mindset, Joy is an integral team member of the Kate McCaffrey Group, helping to develop marketing strategies while offering concierge-level service for KMG colleagues and their clients.

Joy graduated with a BA in Organizational Communications and Marketing from California State University, Chico, providing her with the skills for management and professional positions in demanding corporate settings. Upon graduation, she was hired by Pacific Union Real Estate in Berkeley (now Compass) as an administrative assistant, and later promoted to Office Manager for the Alameda and Berkeley offices. While at Compass, Joy worked in multiple aspects of real estate, including maintaining office structure, overseeing all new listing activity, accounting, sales, marketing and transaction paperwork for listings. Her many work products included managing social media accounts, and she conceptualized/built/executed marketing strategies with best-in-class marketing collateral while upholding company brand standards. Her breadth of experience and skills in these areas gives her unique qualifications for KMG's multi-faceted approach to buying and selling homes in the Bay Area's highly competitive real estate market.

Joy moved to Henderson, Nevada in 2020 with her husband Jack and cats Mac and Leai. They enjoy traveling, attending professional sporting events (Go Raiders!), camping, houseboating, and exploring their new desert surroundings!
