Amy has been the #1 Buyer’s Agent in sales and volume in Alameda since 2015. Amy works exclusively with the Kate McCaffrey Group representing their buyer clients in Alameda. Amy began her career in real estate in the Bay Area in 1994, working in commercial property management and development. In 2004, Amy joined a top-producing residential real estate team in the East Bay where she did over $30 million in volume in under three years. Amy joined Pacific Union Alameda in January of 2014 and excelled into the position of the #1 buyer’s agent in Alameda by 2015 and has been the #1 buyer agent in Alameda since.

As co-owner of MXL Commercial Construction for the past fifteen years, Amy has had valuable experience that she can pass on to her clients. She can view a home from a builder’s perspective, offer cost estimates for particular types of work and recommend local resources for improvements. She helps her clients make sense of inspections and reports, and helps prioritize necessary or recommended work.

ALAMEDA RESIDENT, PUBLIC SCHOOL PARENT & LOCAL VOLUNTEER

Amy has lived and worked in Alameda for the past twelve years, having lived in Oakland for the prior five years. A resident of the Fernside neighborhood, Amy’s two sons attend Alameda public schools. Amy is extremely knowledgeable about Alameda’s varied neighborhoods and often advises her clients about public, private and charter school options across the Island. She is active as a volunteer at her son’s school, in her local Community Emergency Response Team and for Alameda Little League.
